Your submitted quote request data is stored securely in a MongoDB Atlas database hosted on cloud infrastructure in the United States. Notification emails are delivered via Resend (resend.com), a transactional email service. The Site is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com). Each of these sub-processors maintains industry-standard data protection practices and compliance with applicable privacy regulations. We have Data Processing Agreements in place with each processor.

We use only essential cookies necessary for the operation of this Site. Specifically: • admin_token — a session cookie used exclusively for the internal admin interface, set only when an authorised team member logs in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No consent banner is required because we do not set non-essential cookies.
